Managing Director
Colin joined Carnbrea & Co in 2014 after spending 8 years as a Senior Wealth Adviser at Wilson HTM and 15 years at the NAB as a Senior General Manager.
At NAB he managed significant business lines covering both institutional and retail products in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Prior to the NAB he worked in financial markets as a trader and desk manager.
He is Chair of the Carnbrea Investment and Asset Allocation Committees and is also a Responsible Manager on Carnbrea’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
Colin holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Post Grad Diploma – Securities Institute of Australia.
He is a former Board Director and Fellow of the Australian Corporate Treasury Association (FCTA) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (FCSI). He is ADA level 2 accredited.

Head of Private Wealth
A qualified Accountant and Financial Adviser, Roger holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Masters of Financial Planning and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
With over 18 years’ experience in the Finance Industry Roger has built close and trusted relationships working with and advising wealthy families, business owners, professionals, and charitable organisations. Over his career he has developed experience focused on delivering strategic financial & tax planning, investment management, superannuation & SMSF strategies, risk management, estate planning and philanthropy. The depth of Roger’s client relationships sees him hold Director positions and Responsible Person Roles on their Private Ancillary Funds and Charitable Trusts.
Prior to joining Carnbrea, Roger has worked in Senior Financial Advice & Wealth Management roles at Shadforth Financial Group Limited, Lachlan Partners and as Director of Private Clients at Peloton, a boutique financial advisory firm. Before this Roger was Finance Director and State General Manager of United Healthcare Australia, where he worked closely with a range of healthcare professionals delivering business management and financial support services.

Senior Private Wealth Adviser
Tiina is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) practitioner, representing the highest professional accreditation in financial planning.
Tiina holds a Master of Applied Finance and Investment from Securities Institute of Australia (now FINSIA), complemented by a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) with Distinction from RMIT University.
With over 25 years’ experience, Tiina has guided private clients through complex financial decisions with confidence. Her expertise spans wealth creation, retirement planning, asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer, enabling clients to build security for today and future generations.
Her career includes senior roles at prominent institutions such as Shadforth Financial Group and global investment banks, Macquarie and UBS. This diverse background has given her a deep understanding of financial markets and the industry, enabling her to deliver sophisticated, tailored strategies.
Tiina is known for her personal, holistic approach. She invests time to understand each client’s goals, priorities and values before providing clear, practical advice that fosters informed and confident decision-making. Her focus is on building long-term, trusted relationships that bring clarity, security and peace of mind.

Private Wealth Adviser
Rivée brings over 18 years of experience in the finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), along with a recently completed Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
He joined Carnbrea in 2016 as an Investment Adviser, following his tenure at Wilsons Advisory, he is also an accredited derivatives adviser (ADA Level 1) and Head of Execution for Carnbrea’s institutional clients.
Rivée provides specialised expertise in retirement planning and superannuation, with a strong focus on wealth creation using a diverse range of listed and unlisted products.
He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals and build wealth, while fostering strong, enduring relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Private Wealth Adviser
Cristian is a Private Wealth Adviser, specialising in strategic and investment advice with over 15 years’ experience in the Private Wealth sector. Prior to joining Carnbrea & Co, Cristian spent over 3 years as a wealth adviser for Macquarie Wealth.
Cristian’s strengths are centred around his ability to work closely with individuals and families to develop a thorough understanding of their circumstances before providing tailored, specialist advice.
Cristian is able to assist with matters relating to super, insurance, SMSF’s, investment management as well as budgeting and cash flow requirements.
Cristian believes the cornerstone of a successful advice relationship is trust and peace of mind. He works hard to reward the trust his clients place in him with world class service and attention to detail.

Executive Director
Ben has over 15 years’ of financial market experience working in both large corporate and boutique firms.
In his role of Head of Asset Management, he leads the team that manages a portfolio of Funds and Direct Investments.
He is a member of the Carnbrea Investment and Asset Allocation Committees and is also a Responsible Manager on Carnbrea’s Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, Derivatives level 1 & 2, Foreign Exchange and Futures accreditation.

Client Services Manager
Courtney has over 8 years’ experience within the Private Wealth industry coming from predominantly boutique, holistic firms.
Throughout her career she has taken on practice and process improvement roles, including training and mentoring administration teams, as well as being the first point of contact for private wealth clients.
She has a detailed working knowledge of the overall financial advice process from start to finish. Her main goal is to make the implementation process and ongoing relationship as smooth as possible. This ensures clients achieve their financial needs and goals with ease.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Financial Planning (LaTrobe University).

Client Associate
Joonakris (Kris) brings over a decade of experience in the financial sector. She has spent most of her career with major financial institutions, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise in financial planning and paraplanning. She has specialised in paraplanning by assisting with and coordinating paraplanning and administrative duties, helping to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of financial planning teams.
In addition to her extensive experience, Kris has completed both a Diploma & Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. She is committed to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure she provides the highest level of service to her clients. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills have enabled her to manage complex client portfolios with precision. Her dedication to the financial services industry is evident in her ability to adapt to its ever-evolving needs.

Consultant Investment Analyst
Darren joined Carnbrea in 2019 as an Associate Investment Analyst. Being the current President and Treasurer of a leading public speaking club in Melbourne, and having 2 years of professional experience in Accounting and Data analytics in Mercedes Benz Financial Services, he holds valuable leadership and analytical skills needed to service Carnbrea’s clients and thrive in the current investing environment.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science, specialising in Actuarial Science and Finance (Monash University).

Head of Compliance & Operations
As Head of Compliance & Operations, Brendan leads the development, implementation, and continuous oversight of Carnbrea’s regulatory and operational framework, while promoting a culture of compliance. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brendan is passionate about fostering positive working relationships and building trust both within Carnbrea and with external partners.
Brendan’s background includes roles in risk and compliance at prominent investment firms, including Morgan Stanley and Bell Potter.
He holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce in Economics (Monash University), a Diploma of Financial Planning, and has earned qualifications across Carnbrea’s entire product offering.

Financial Controller
A qualified CPA, Nicole has over 11 years of finance experience predominately in the Property Industry, having worked with and managed complex accounts for several successful Melbourne property developers.
Nicole joined Carnbrea in July 2018 and manages the finance function being responsible for the delivery of accounting, reporting and budgeting, in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies and strategies.
In addition to her CPA qualification, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business (Swinburne University of Technology).
