Bennelong Foundation- the Bennelong Difference

In 2002, the Bennelong Foundation was founded by the Bennelong Group (now known as the Bangarra Group), as a charitable endeavour. It aims to enhance community wellbeing and provide opportunities for positive and lasting change in our community, through partnering proactive social ventures.

Since establishment in 2002/03, the Bennelong Foundation have worked with and supported over 170 organisations across Australia and internationally.

The Foundation has a long-term commitment to the community organisations it supports, encompassing education, training & employment, medical research, community health, migrant community welfare, crisis support, international aid & assistance and youth.

They have supported a number of organisations including:

  • Cathy Freeman Foundation;
  • Western Chances;
  • New Stars Basketball;
  • The Song Room;
  • The Top Blokes Foundation; and
  • Very Special Kids.
